Aussie swim store offers free freight to all customers in Australia who :

International Customers

• A flat rate of $25.00(AUD) applies to all deliveries overseas no matter what size they are.

At point of dispatch you will be issued with a email confirmation that your goods will be leaving. All orders (Australian) are sent via Express Post and will reach you overnight! ( it may take two days if you are in country areas.) If you are unlikely to be home to sign for the goods we recommend the use of a Business address or PO Box if more convenient. If the goods are unable to be signed for Australia Post will leave a card to notify the goods were attempted to be delivered. In 3 more days Australia Post will leave a second card asking you to collect the goods. A

How Do I Add To My Shopping ListTo make a purchase you need to have added items to your shopping cart. You do this within a particular products page, by selecting a size & colour from the drop down box, and entering a quantity. Then add the item to your cart by clicking 'add to cart'. When the product is added to your shopping cart, 'Item Added' will appear.

Member Sign InIf you are a registered member of Aussie Swim Store enter your username (email address) and password to begin the checkout process. This is the easiest and best way to shop with us. Checkout is faster and you will receive the continuing benefits that we offer our members (i.e.: special free postage promotions, email updates etc).

If You Forget Your PasswordIf by chance you forget your password, you can have it reset. You will need to provide your 'username' (which is your e-mail address), which was used when you first created your account. A new password will be generated and sent to your e-mail address.

Guest ShoppingIf you are new to Aussie Swim Store and don't want to register, you can still make a purchase as a guest shopper. When you enter our checkout, select the option 'continue as guest shopper'. This will begin our checkout process and ask you for details to complete your order (i.e. address, credit details etc). By shopping as a guest, you are not remembered as a member. You will miss out on future promotions and savings.

How do I send an order as a gift to someone?You can send a gift to someone using the same method you would to make a purchase for yourself. When you enter the checkout, place the receiver's information into the delivery address and the goods will be delivered there without affecting your default details for future orders. If you want - you can add a message to go with your gift and it will be sent with the parcel - simply indicate this in the comment area. In case there are problems during delivery, we require a contact name, phone number and address of the gift recipient. Only under extreme circumstances would we contact the recipient.

All Aussie Swim Store orders will be processed the next business day, during normal working hours; 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday AEST.

Once you have made a purchase and your Credit Card has passed verification you will automatically receive an Email Confirmation which will include your Order Number, Purchase details, Shipment details, any of your special delivery instructions and the Total Order value, including applicable Freight charges. Please understand no COD's or any other form of payment will be accepted.

I NTERNATIONAL
Welcome to our international guests. We hope you will enjoy our selection of the best of Australian swimwear.

We offer a flat freight fee of 25.00 AUD to all our orders for freight. There is no restriction on the weight so buy as much you would like.

We ship everthing via Fedex.

Your package will be tracked and you will be notified the status of your order along the way.

All parcels will take between 2-4 working days to be delivered.

Preferably we suggest you deliver to a work address as Fedex cannot deliver to a post office address and a signature will be required.

If Fedex are unable to obtain a signature they will leave a calling card with instructions of how to receive your parcel.

CUSTOMS On the rare occasion customs may choose delay individual shipments as a randon security measure. Please be aware if you are ordering for International deliveries you warrant, understand and agree to the following:

* Customers are liable for any relevant customs charges, duties or tariffs for their country.
* Customers understand that if the goods sent from us are impounded by customs, delivery charges and cost of goods will not be refunded.
* Customers understand that if the goods are returned, the customer will be charged for all shipping charges (to and from the customer)

Aussie Swim Store hopes that you are satisfied with the products that you order from us online. However, if you wish to return goods for an exchange or refund, then we ask that you follow the simple instructions detailed below to ensure that your request is processed efficiently.

The following constitutes the terms upon which we will accept and process returns. By ordering from us online you agree to these terms.

RETURNS

All returns must be received at despatch within 30 days of the date of original dispatch, otherwise they will be returned to you at your expense.
We will credit you with the amount paid for the original goods, excluding delivery, and charge your account for any difference in price of the replacement goods. If the original goods were returned because they are faulty, not as described, or do not fit correctly, then we will pay for the delivery of the replacement goods.
EXCHANGES

If you wish to make an exchange then you will need to indicate this on the Return Authorisation Request Form, as well as the reason. For example, the reason might be one of the following:

* the goods are faulty;
* the goods are not as described;
* the goods do not fit correctly; or
* you have simply changed your mind.
Please also specify the style number, size and colour of the goods you would like to receive in exchange for the originals, and please indicate alternatives as we may not have your first choice in stock. If we cannot satisfy your first choice then we will call you to confirm these alternatives.
We will treat your exchange with urgency and it will be shipped free of charge to you. In all cases, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods arrive at our dispatch location safely. We do not accept responsibility for goods that fail to arrive in their original condition. For this reason we encourage you to insure the goods against loss or damage while in transit. You must also pay for the cost of returning the goods unless we deem them to be faulty or not as described, in which case we will credit you for the cost of returning the goods.

Transfer of property in the goods
Property in the goods is passed to you as soon as they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Goods must be returned in their original condition
Goods must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached. Goods may be tried on for fit but must be otherwise unworn. Goods must be returned unsoiled or undamaged and must include the original receipt.

Time for processing
Returns will be processed within 1-5 working days of receiving the goods at the point of dispatch. You will be notified by email once refunds have been processed.

Fabric colours
Actual fabric colours may vary from those depicted on the website.

Authority to credit/charge your account
By submitting the Return Authorisation Request Form you authorise us to credit or charge your account in accordance with the above terms and conditions using the details provided by you in effecting the original transaction.

Faulty items

If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item please contact us at info@aussieswimstore.com.au and we will treat this matter with urgency.

1    ScopeAll goods (“Products”) supplied by Aussie Swimwear are supplied on these terms and conditions.

2    Order AcceptanceNo order shall be binding on Aussie Swimwear until accepted by Aussie Swimwear. An individual contract for the supply of Products, on these terms and conditions, is formed on acceptance by Aussie Swimwear of an order from the Customer. Aussie Swimwear reserves the right to accept any order in whole or in part.  Where Aussie Swimwear makes a part delivery of any order, such delivery shall constitute a separate contract. No order may be cancelled or varied after acceptance by Aussie Swimwear.

3    Payment TermsPayment must be made in full and on checkout in the online shopping cart without set off or deduction. Aussie Swimwear will investigate any disputed amounts, and if resolved in favour of the Customer, a credit will be issued to the Customer.

4    Title to ProductsOwnership in the Products does not pass to the Customer until the Customer has discharged all outstanding indebtedness, whether in respect of the Products or otherwise, to Aussie Swimwear. Risk in the Products will pass on delivery to the Customer. Delivery may not be refused by the Customer.

5    Delivery  5.1    Aussie Swimwear reserves the right to charge for delivery of the Products at any time, notwithstanding that it may not have previously done so. Administrative fees may also be imposed for orders under certain dollar values. Where prices are stated as inclusive of delivery, delivery is to the delivery point specifically accepted by Aussie Swimwear.
5.2    A handling fee may be incurred on all orders.

6    Returns 6.1    Any Products which are damaged or defective, or which are not otherwise in accordance with the Customer’s order, or which the law provides may otherwise be returned to Aussie Swimwear may be returned to Aussie Swimwear within 10 days after the Customer has received the Products, at no cost to the Customer.
6.2    The Customer may otherwise return Products to Aussie Swimwear and obtain a credit:
(a)    provided that it does so within 30 days of delivery and a return authorisation is obtained from Aussie Swimwear; and
(b)    provided that the Products are in their original packaging, unopened, of a current make and model, and otherwise as new and in a saleable condition;
(c)    at the Customer’s own expense; and
(d)    on the basis that risk in the Products remains with the Customer until the Products are received by Aussie Swimwear, and that  a restocking or return fee may be charged.
6.3    Notwithstanding the provisions of this clause 6, Aussie Swimwear will not accept a returned Product where the Customer has caused the Product to become unmerchantable or failed to take steps to prevent the Product from becoming unmerchantable or the Product has become damaged by abnormal use whilst in the possession of the Customer.

7    Customer Specific StockWhere Aussie Swimwear has agreed to procure and/or warehouse and/or distribute Products specifically for the Customer, the Customer must, within 30 days of request, purchase all stock then warehoused and  held at the then prevailing supply price. Where the Customer does not do so, Aussie Swimwear may dispose of the affected Products without liability for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer as a result.  The Customer indemnifies Aussie Swimwear against all claims, demands, loss, costs and expenses incurred by or made against Aussie Swimwear, arising out of any actual or alleged infringement of patents, copyright, trademarks, design rights or other intellectual property rights, by any logo, design, copyright or other material that Aussie Swimwear may use, print or reproduce at the Customers request.

8    Liability 8.1    Except for those required or implied by legislation, Aussie Swimwear gives no express warranty in relation to products and services supplied to the Customer, and the Customer acknowledges that it has not relied on any representation or warranty made by or on behalf of Aussie Swimwear. Certain legislation may imply conditions and warranties into these terms and conditions. To the extent that such conditions and warranties may lawfully be excluded, all such conditions and warranties are expressly excluded. The liability of Aussie Swimwear under or arising out of the supply of goods and services for breach of any term, condition or warranty implied in or imposed upon the supply of goods and/or services by legislation, shall be limited, at the option or Aussie Swimwear to:
(a)    the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
(b)    the repair of the goods;
(c)    the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or
(d)    the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired;
8.2    Except to the extent the law provides that liability is not able to be excluded, Aussie Swimwear shall not be under any liability to the Customer in respect of any loss or damage (including consequential or indirect loss or damage or loss of profits, loss of use or loss of data) however caused, which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect of the Products, any services supplied by Aussie Swimwear or the failure of Aussie Swimwear to comply with these terms and conditions.

9    ConflictsThese terms and conditions will apply to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions contained in the Customer’s order. In the event of any inconsistency, Aussie Swimwear will be deemed, by delivering the Products to the Customer or supplying services to the Customer, to have made an offer to the Customer to sell the Products or supply the services pursuant to these terms and conditions, which offer will be deemed to have been accepted if the Customer retains the Products or accepts the services. Aussie Swimwear reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

10    GST All prices listed on the Aussie Swimwear website are inclusive of GST. Any consideration and all other amounts to be paid from a purchase through the Aussie Swimwear online shopping store will be liable for GST. Upon checkout Aussie Swimwear will issue a tax invoice showing the amount of GST applicable for the particular purchase. 

11    JurisdictionThese terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

12    No Waiver The failure by Aussie Swimwear to exercise, or any delay in exercising, any right, power or privilege available to it under these terms and conditions will not operate as a waiver thereof or preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or power.

6    Credit Card InformationAussie Swimwear uses the third party Eway Hosting Pty Ltd (ACN 105 509 019) (‘eWay’), to process any sales paid for via credit card. Aussie Swimwear does not directly hold any payment information other than billing address and a contact email on its servers. In accordance with eWay policies Aussie Swimwear is able to view credit card details; however, Aussie Swimwear will only use such information only for the purposes of credit card verification, transaction approval or to provide a refund.  Any information collected by eWay may be used in accordance with their own privacy or other policies and is beyond our control.
