"Good afternoon to my favourite new online seller (and life saver)!!!

I cannot begin to tell you how thrilled I am with the arrival of my new swimsuit, but I'll try anyway...

I find as a woman built along 'luxurious' lines that shopping for swimwear is always a bit of a traumatic experience. My recent move to Singapore has not made shopping for clothing any easier, and I'd absolutely despaired at finding appropriate swimwear for a forthcoming beach holiday, (and by "appropriate" I mean swimwear that was well-constructed, had a real F-cup, and made from high-quality materials.) I shop online for many items, but the notion of buying swimwear without first trying had always been just a little to risky. However, after exhaustive research on many sites, yours was the one that inspired the most confidence - the reasons for this were that you had a great range of good brands, your sizing chart was comprehensive, and clearly reliable, the photos were very realistic, and the garment descriptions were comprehensive.

So I bit the bullet, and last Tuesday (less than a week ago) I placed my order, and this morning (less than one week later - this is so quick!!!) it arrived. I ripped open the parcel, slipped into my snazzy new swimsuit and almost cried with joy. It looks fantastic. And I don't mean fantastic for a fat middle-aged woman, I mean FANTASTIC. It pulls in what needs pulling in, it's a genuine F cup, and my boobs look great, and I'm the happiest woman in Singapore.

So these are the things you did right:

• Great, easy to navigate website
• Excellent, natural looking photos
• Wonderful sourcing of product
• Simple sizing options, and that inspires confidence
• Excellent communication (Notice of goods departing etc)
• Using FedEx - which means very quick service, I knew when to expect delivery, and it's been fun tracking my swimsuit's travels around Asia.
